  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 70 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g flour
  • 40 g baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt

Melt the butter and chocolate (for example, in the microwave). Let the chocolate cool slightly. First, combine the melted butter with the sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Then stir in the melted chocolate. Combine the flour with the cocoa powder and salt and gradually stir into the butter mixture. Pour the brownie batter into a greased pan, spread evenly, and bake for about 25 minutes at 165°C (325°F).
