Fusilli with tuna and lemon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp anchovy paste
  • 400 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 200 g tuna in oil from the can (shredded)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the cream, anchovy paste, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Cook the pasta until al dente. Pour the sauce over the hot pasta and mix thoroughly. Carefully fold in the tuna. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
