Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 125 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 ml tomato juice or carrot or fruit juice
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy, or quark
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix flour with salt and baking powder. Add cream cheese and juice (flavor of choice). Knead all ingredients well. Form 8 small rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
