Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt 3.5%
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese (herd’s cheese)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 sprigs of mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

the quick and delicious dip

Combine the yogurt and feta cheese in a bowl. Add the peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves. Blend until smooth and sprinkle with the cayenne pepper. Chop the fresh mint leaves and fold in. Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for several hours.
