Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of dough (yufka dough)
- 300 g feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cottage cheese
- oil
Instructions

Tastes good both cold and warm, great for parties
Crumble the feta and mix with the eggs and cottage cheese. Grease a springform pan well with oil and then line it with a layer of yufka dough. Spread a few spoonfuls of the feta mixture on top. Alternate layers of dough and feta mixture, finishing with the dough. Brush the top layer again with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). The filling can be enhanced to taste with other ingredients, such as olives, garlic, spinach leaves, etc. We love to eat this in the summer with a green salad or couscous salad.
