Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Galia melon, approx. 500 g
- 3 nectarines, approx. 300 g
- 2 bananas, approx. 300 g
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Banana(s), some slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
With coconut milk
Deseed, peel, and dice the melon. Wash, halve, and stone the nectarines. Roughly dice the fruit. Peel and break the bananas into pieces. Place the fruit in a blender along with the coconut milk and lime juice and blend until smooth. Pour into attractive glasses, cut into banana slices, place on the rim, and serve.
