Garden Soup with Green Beans
The perfect garden soup with green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Home-Grown green beans cut into pieces
- 250 g Diced potatoes from our own garden
- 1 piece Leek sticks chopped up young
- 1 piece Diced celery bulb
- 2 piece Diced carrots from our own garden
- 1 piece Freshly peeled and diced tomato
- 0,5 piece Green chilli finely chopped without seeds
- 1 piece Finely chopped garlic cloves from our own garden
- 1 liter Homemade vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Savory spice
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 some Clarified butter
- 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
- 4 piece Wiener sausages
- 3 tbsp Diced wild boar bacon
- Fry the wild boar bacon in clarified butter. Add the leek, celery and carrots and fry a little. Then add the potatoes and start a little too.
- Now the beans, chilli and garlic are added. Pour in the broth, bring to the boil and season.
- Let everything simmer together for about 20 minutes. Finally stir in the herbs and whoever likes some of the celery greens and season again.
- I heated the wiener sausages in the soup for a few minutes. But of course everyone can use an insert to their liking.
- I get wild boar bacon from a hunter who smokes himself, but it is also available from some butchers (on order) or at weekly markets.
