Soups & Stews: Green Beans with Smoked Bacon
The perfect soups & stews: green beans with smoked bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Smoked pork belly
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth *
- 1 size Roughly chopped onion
- 4 size Diced potatoes
- 500 g Chopped green beans
- Cut the pork belly into pieces and cook with the onion, 1 tablespoon vegetable stock and plenty of water.
- Peel and chop the potatoes, add the chopped beans to the broth in the wok, add the 2nd spoonful of vegetable broth and bring everything to a boil (add a little water if necessary) and simmer well.
- Let the whole stew or soup soak for a while …
- 4 ….. since we are sausage lovers, I cut 2 sausages into small pieces …. it was delicious
