Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 100 g creamy sheep’s cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
- some lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Combine butter, feta cheese, Italian herbs, and garlic in a blender, blend until creamy. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. The butter pairs well with grilled meat or white bread.
