Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1 pack of cream cheese (200 g)
- 2 spring onions (depending on size), cleaned
- 2 gherkins
- 1 tbsp cucumber water
- 1 tsp mustard, optional
- salt and pepper

Cut the ham and leek into very small cubes or rings. Dice the gherkin as well. Blend the cream cheese with the pickle juice until smooth, creating a spreadable consistency. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ham, leek, and gherkins to the spread and stir in. Then let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
