Garlic and herb marinade for grilling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 tsp herbs (7-herb mixture) frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

well suited for pork and beef steaks

Mix together the yogurt, garlic, and herbs. Add the olive oil; the barbecue marinade should remain thick. Season with salt and pepper. Clean the meat, removing any tendons and cartilage. Place the meat in the marinade and marinate, preferably in a freezer bag, in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
