  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • 1 small bunch of parsley

simply as a snack or finger food side dish

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and chop finely. Cut three-quarters of the ciabatta into slices every 2 cm. Crumple a large piece of baking paper under running water and then flatten it again. Add the parsley, a little salt and pepper, and plenty of olive oil, then press in the garlic. Rub the parsley all over the bread, rubbing the spiced oil into the cuts. Wrap in the paper, place on a baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180°C, and keep an eye on it. When the bread is nicely crispy and browned, remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
