Warm garlic bread

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Combine the butter, garlic, and parsley. Cut the bread diagonally into portions, cutting only from the top, not all the way through. Spread the cream into the cuts. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. Tip: To reduce the garlic flavor, sauté the garlic in a third of the butter before mixing it with the remaining butter and parsley.
