Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g garlic
- 100 g herbs, fresh or frozen
- 100 g sea salt, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Simply mix the ingredients and finely chop in a food processor or with a hand blender. No need to puree! Pour the salt into two jars and screw on the lids. The mixture will keep in the refrigerator for almost six months.
