Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut a slit lengthwise across the top of the baguette (do not cut all the way through!). Soften the butter and mix it with the crushed garlic, a little pepper, and paprika. Pour the mixture into the baguette. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes, until the butter is completely melted. It goes perfectly with fondue, raclette, or even grilling.
