Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g herb butter
- 1 pack of bread rolls (Sunday rolls), e.g. from Knack und Back
- 2 slices of salami
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 20 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- some garlic cloves, 2 – 4, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the herb butter and let cool slightly. Cut the Sunday rolls into eight pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the grated cheese. Dice the salami and thinly slice the spring onions. Finely dice the garlic. Add everything to the rolls. Pour the butter over the mixture. Mix the roll pieces well with the ingredients. Place about 3-4 pieces at a time in a greased muffin tin or place them in muffin paper cases. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes until browned. If you like, you can serve them with a green salad. They also taste delicious simply with a cold glass of rosé or a beer. Tip: You can adapt the recipe to your taste. Use bacon instead of salami, or omit the meat component.
