Pull-Apart Garlic Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of fresh yeast dough (Sunday rolls)
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 3 sprigs of parsley, chopped, 4 stalks if desired
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 25 g tomatoes, dried, chopped
  • 30 g olives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

With dried tomatoes and olives

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Open the dough roll and cut each piece into 4 pieces. Mix well in a bowl with melted butter, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, grated mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, and olives. Fill the well of a muffin tray with about 3 pieces of dough and press them down lightly. Fill the remaining wells in the same way. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Best served warm.
