Garlic butter à la Carmen

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly Fondor
  • possibly Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Press the garlic cloves through a press and mix with the butter and the remaining ingredients using a hand mixer. The quantities can be adjusted to taste. With plenty of baguette bread, this is a hit at any party (New Year’s Eve, etc.) and a treat for any barbecue.
