Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 baguette(s)
- 5 tbsp low-fat butter
- 2 tbsp shallot(s)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp cheddar cheese
- 150 g Emmental cheese, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cheese and garlic bread
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Slice the bread lengthwise. Mix the Cheddar cheese with the parsley and onions well. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the garlic. Then spread the garlic butter generously over the bread and sprinkle the cheese mixture over it. Arrange the Emmental slices on top. Bake the bread in the oven until the Emmental is melted.
