hearty party snack or for a cozy movie night
Divide the pizza dough into twelve equal pieces and shape them into balls. Press them onto the edge of a lightly greased, deep, ovenproof pan. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and set aside. For the filling, melt the butter, chop the garlic, and add half to the butter. Mix the other half with the various cheeses and seasonings. Add some chopped parsley to the butter and sprinkle it over the dough balls. Spread the cheese filling in the center of the pan. Sprinkle everything with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). If the crust isn’t brown enough, simply bake everything again on the top rack for a few minutes. Note: Whether as a hearty party snack or for a cozy movie night with your partner, this pan is guaranteed to fill you up and put you in a good mood. All cheese lovers will have their mouths watering just looking at this. Of course, this recipe leaves plenty of room for creativity and alternative ingredients. If you like, you could sprinkle a little oregano instead of parsley, or perhaps use Gouda instead of mozzarella? Just give it a try and enjoy it fresh from the oven!
