Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of cream cheese, 4% fat
- 100 g crème fraîche (crème legère), or 50 ml low-fat milk
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt
- possibly pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix cream cheese with milk or crème légère and lemon juice until smooth. The amount of milk/cream can vary depending on the cream cheese. Peel and press the garlic, and stir in with the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Depending on how hot the garlic is, you may not need any more pepper. This garlic cream is perfect for a barbecue, a raw vegetable platter, as a dip for chips, or with boiled potatoes…
