Summer-fresh sausage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage, cut into strips
  • ½ red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow, cut into strips
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 50 g corn kernels, from the can
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 7 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp walnut vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and make a salad dressing from vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the salad with it. Let it sit for a while and season with salt and pepper if desired.
