Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, new small
- 1 bulb(s) garlic, divided into cloves
- 1 lemon(s), sliced
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the potatoes and let them dry. Place all ingredients in a shallow ovenproof dish. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
