Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 4 cl olive oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Baked potato wedges from the oven

Mix olive oil with the spices and season generously with cayenne pepper. Scrub the potatoes, but don’t peel them, and quarter them. Place them in a plastic bag, add the seasoning oil, and knead vigorously until the potatoes are well coated. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 to 45 minutes. They taste wonderful with briefly roasted meat, but also on their own with savory quark or sour cream.
