Thyme potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, very small
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp thyme, chopped fresh leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush and wash the potatoes, then add them to boiling water, cook until tender, and then drain. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the potatoes, and brown on all sides. Add the peeled garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped thyme, turning a few times.
