Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • ½ onion(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Caraway powder
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. milk or cream
  • 3 sprigs of chives, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the chives. Now add the quark, onion, and chives to a bowl. Mix well. Season to taste. Stir in the milk or cream until smooth, adjusting the amount to your liking. Cook the potatoes as normal or serve as baked potatoes.
