Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 bananas
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cups white rum
  • 8 tbsp lemon juice
  • e.g. vanilla sugar
  • Mineral water, to refill

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Blend the bananas. Add the sugar, rum, lemon, and vanilla. Ladle the mixture into glasses and fill with soda water.
