Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g mushrooms, white
- 5 tbsp olive oil for frying
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 4 tbsp parsley, flat, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tapas
Rub the mushrooms with a cloth. Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet. Lightly brown the garlic for 30-60 seconds. Add the mushrooms and stir until the mushrooms have absorbed all the oil. Continue cooking over low heat until the mushrooms release their juices, then continue stirring (4-5 minutes) until the juices have evaporated. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley.
