Garlic, peppers and seafood from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of frozen seafood, 250 g each
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp parsley and chives
  • some salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Deseed and finely dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Place the seafood, bell peppers, and garlic in a baking dish with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil. Roast the seafood in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
