Parmesan kohlrabi from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large kohlrabi
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated or to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the kohlrabi and cut into pieces. Place the pieces on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Then bake the kohlrabi for about 20-30 minutes. The baking time depends on the size and thickness of the pieces.
