Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (depending on size and taste)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

Combine the sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Peel the garlic and press it through a press, then stir in. Let it sit for at least 4-5 hours (we let it sit overnight).
