Garlic sauce aioli

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 dash of ketchup
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. soup spice or some stock powder
  • n. B. chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

for grilling and dipping

Combine the sour cream, yogurt, and crème fraîche in a bowl. Press the garlic cloves into the sauce. Add a generous dash of ketchup, a pinch of pepper, and the soup seasoning, but no salt. Mix everything well. Refrigerate the sauce for a few hours to allow it to infuse, then garnish with a sprinkling of chives. It goes perfectly with grilled meat, scampi, etc., or simply for dipping.
