Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter crème fraîche
  • 500 ml yogurt, solid
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pack of herbs (e.g. 8-herb, frozen)
  • 1 pinch(s) of seasoning salt (steak and grill seasoning salt)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with yogurt and crème fraîche – party portion

Combine the crème fraîche and yogurt (it’s best to use a thick yogurt, otherwise the sauce will be too runny). Crush the garlic cloves, finely dice the onion, and add it along with the herbs. Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and stir in (this also thickens the sauce). The dip tastes great with warm bread, fried mushrooms, schnitzel, etc. Tip: The ingredients can be easily chopped using a food processor (e.g., a Quick Chopper).
