Mustard and chive crème fraîche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the eggs and place them in a bowl. Wash the chives, cut them into small rings, and add them to the diced eggs. Add the crème fraîche and mustard and mix everything gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It goes perfectly as a spread on fresh baguette.
