Ingredients
- 500 g Low fat quark
- 300 g Mayonnaise
- 150 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Clove of garlic
Instructions
- Put the garlic in a press or chop it very finely with a knife. Mix the remaining ingredients together, add the garlic and let it steep in the refrigerator before consuming.
- The dip is well suited for vegetables or with raclette, but also with meat dishes.
