Garlic Sauce Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 300 g Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Clove of garlic

Instructions
 

  • Put the garlic in a press or chop it very finely with a knife. Mix the remaining ingredients together, add the garlic and let it steep in the refrigerator before consuming.
  • The dip is well suited for vegetables or with raclette, but also with meat dishes.
