Garlic sauce in 2 minutes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 class jar mayonnaise (Thomy salad mayonnaise, 200 g)
  • 1 cup of sour cream or crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Aioli

Combine the salad mayonnaise and sour cream or crème fraîche in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion, and add it. Season with salt and pepper. For this amount, I use 2 garlic cloves, since we also eat the aioli during the week; otherwise, at least 5 cloves are used. These are also finely chopped and added. Mix everything together and serve. This garlic sauce goes well with almost anything; we’ve even had it with pancakes.
