Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled, grated
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ pack of spice mix (grill seasoning for chicken)
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 jar mushrooms (large jar)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 150 g processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the ground beef, grated potatoes, diced onions, chicken seasoning, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Season generously with salt, pepper, and thyme. Spread on a baking sheet. Trim and finely chop the leek. Drain the mushrooms. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Dice the bacon. Spread everything on the minced meat mixture. Finally, scatter the melted cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-40 minutes.
