Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 clove(s) garlic, yes, that’s right, that many
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 750 ml broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Sauté both briefly until translucent. Sprinkle with flour and fry briefly until golden brown. Pour in the broth and stir in the crème fraîche. Let everything simmer for 20 minutes. Purée the soup and season with pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice to taste.
