Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1 piece(s) butter
- Flour
- 5 cups of sweet cream
- 2 liters of broth, clear or vegetable broth
- 2 bulbs of garlic, approx. (adjust to taste!)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter and stir it into the flour to make a roux. Pour in the sweet cream, add 2 liters of clear broth or vegetable broth (I prefer clear broth), and press in 5-7 garlic cloves (depending on your taste). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. If possible, let it sit for a day before reheating and serving.
