Garlic spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350g spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated or chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp oregano
  • e.g. chili powder, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a pan and add the olive oil. Then add the grated or chopped garlic and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, mix well, and fry briefly. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and season with salt and pepper, oregano, and chili powder (optional). Mix everything well.
