super easy

Peel the garlic and trim both ends. Place the cloves in a small ovenproof stoneware or cast iron pot. The pot should be large enough to fill only halfway. Pour oil over the cloves until the cloves are covered. Now add the spices. I like to use salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary (fresh or dried), and herbs de Provence. Cover the pot. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 35 minutes. Take the garlic cloves and spread them on bread like butter. Season again with a small pinch of salt to taste and enjoy. I recommend serving with baguette or ciabatta. This quantity is enough for about 2-3 people.
