Garlic stew Andalucia

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 bulbs of garlic
  • 500 g sausage (chorizo ​​picante), in one piece
  • 3 liters of tomato juice
  • 1 gr. can/n tomatoes, peeled, or 500g fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
  • 3 tbsp instant chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, or refined olive oil
  • 2 chili peppers, more to taste
  • 8 waxy potatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 large onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

fiery Spanish stew with chorizo

Wash, peel, deseed, and finely chop the chorizo, garlic, potatoes, chili, and onions. Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the finely chopped ingredients until lightly browned. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for 25 minutes. Season to taste at the end.
