Savory filled puff pastry parcels

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 20 sheets of puff pastry, small squares, frozen, from the 10-pack
  • 4 onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spread the puff pastry out to allow it to thaw slightly. Brown the ground beef, add the onions, and sauté. Season generously. Mix the ground beef with a cup of sour cream and an egg. Now fill the mixture into the puff pastry and fold it over to form a triangle. Press the edges shut with a fork. I recently acquired a Tupperware dough trap; it works wonderfully. Place the parcels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
