- 500g tortellini
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 250 g feta cheese
- 250 g peas, frozen
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, cook the tortellini according to the instructions. Wash and dice the bell peppers. Dice the feta cheese as well. Peel and crush the garlic to release its flavor. Let the tortellini cool slightly after cooking. I mixed in the frozen peas first. This speeds up the cooling process. Mix in the remaining ingredients while the tortellini are still warm, so they absorb the flavor better.
