Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini, young
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 shot of white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple and delicious
Dice the zucchini, finely chop the parsley, and very finely chop the garlic clove. Pour everything into a container with the remaining ingredients, put the lid on, and shake well—done!
