Asian cuisine

Cook spaghetti until al dente and let cool. Then cut into approximately 4 cm long pieces. You can also use leftovers. Toss the noodles with oil; they won’t stick together. For Asian dishes, all ingredients must be cut into thin strips. They will cook faster. Marinating is very important. Mix the meat strips with cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and garlic. This will make it tender and creamy. The Asian secret: quick, quick, quick! This will keep everything crisp and full of vitamins. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat first. Heat the oil until hot, stirring well so the pieces of meat don’t stick together. If you have a wok, use it. Push the meat to the side in the pan (or set it aside if necessary). Then add the vegetables to the hot oil. Brown, then stir thoroughly again. Stir in the meat and season with soy sauce and Chinese spices to taste. Remove the vegetable and meat mixture from the pan and set aside. Set the beaten eggs in the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the noodles, fry briefly, and stir vigorously. Add the vegetable and meat mixture back to the noodles and stir everything together. If you like it spicy, add a little sambal (about 1/3 teaspoon) to taste.
