Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar of pitted black olives (300 g)
  • 500 g tomatoes, small, preferably round
  • 500 g Emmental cheese or ready-cut cubes
  • wooden skewers

Instructions

Perfect for group watching, makes about 50 skewers

The easiest Euro 2020 recipe – guaranteed to be faster than a hamburger! Drain the olives in a colander. Wash the tomatoes. Dice the cheese. Place the black, red, and yellow olives on the skewers, one after the other. Push the olives backward so the top part of the wooden skewer doesn’t discolor. Finally, push a few small skewers with German flags as close to the wooden skewer as possible. Flag skewers alone are usually too short.
