Mix the Vacherin with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and the milk. This creates a fine-grained mixture, which you can then briefly microwave until it becomes nice and runny before serving. Mix the ground beef with the flour and divide it into two equal portions. Fry two burgers in a large frying pan. It’s best to use a dinner plate for turning. Here’s how to assemble the giant burger: Spread the bottom of the flatbread with mayonnaise and top with a generous layer of sliced gherkins. Spread some ketchup on top. Reheat one of the two meat layers in the microwave, place it on top, and cover with a layer of processed cheese. Arrange the sliced onion on top. Place the fried bacon slices on top. To give the burger a little extra height (for the classic burger shape), add a layer of toast. Spread the Bar-B-Q sauce on top and then arrange the sliced tomatoes on top. Next, add the lettuce leaves, followed by the second layer of ground beef (again, preheated). Now add the Vacherin sauce, a layer of ketchup and then the lid of the flatbread.
