Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g giant beans (Gigantos), white, from a jar or can
  • 2 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp, heaped honey
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel the onions and finely dice them. Drain the beans. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Season again with salt and pepper. Tip: Serve with steak.
