Gin Fizz

The perfect gin fizz recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 cl Gin
  • 2 cl Sugar syrup
  • 3 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 Pc. Lemon wedges
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes
  1. Mix the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice together with a few ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Fill a large cocktail glass about three quarters with ice cubes and pour the cocktail over it through a sieve.
  3. Top up with soda water and garnish with lemon wedges.
